WELCOME TO YOGA
If you're new to yoga or just new to Riverbend, here are are few things you might like to know:
drop ins are always welcome, you never have to sign up in advance for regular classes.
please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. this will assure us time to get you properly settled in.
cell phones must be on silent OR we encourage you to leave your phone in the car.
there are no stupid questions. ask us anything!
let your instructor know about any medical conditions, injuries, or if you are pregnant
the final posture of practice is called “Savasana” (shah-vah-sana). If you need to leave class early, please do so before Savasana begins.
