Erin's practice began as a means of physical healing, and soon become an essential way to live, experience and observe. She completed Boston Yoga School’s 200-hour teacher certification in 2016. While her vinyasa and yin classes value alignment, movement and breath, she believes that compassion and honesty prevail. She hopes to guide students as they uncover innate power and humility. Outside the yoga studio, Erin works as a barista and a vegan chef, loves traveling the globe as well as delighting in the wonder of her home state, Maine.
