I had a long on and off relationship with yoga beginning at a young age when I attended classes with my mother at a neighbor's house. It wasn’t until later in life when I committed myself to the practice of yoga, both the physical and spiritual, that I truly fell in love with it. I noticed that regularly attending classes was leading to better balance in my personal and professional life. After completing my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training I pursued a certification in Children’s Yoga and Prenatal Yoga. I believe that yoga is for everyone in every stage of life and hope to bring peace and happiness into the lives of each student in my class. I aim to create an asana practice that is accessible to each individual.
