Throughout my career as a practicing emergency physician, I have seen a spectrum of illness and disease. So much of human disease is a result of systems out of balance. Yoga is an incredibly powerful tool to strengthen the physical body while quieting the mind. My own dedicated practice has helped me gain perspective on all the roles in my life and ultimately, has made me a happy, healthy, resilient person. I hope to give this gift to others in a fun, challenging, and accessible way, and believe through dedicated practice, we can all find harmony in our lives.

I did my Emergency Medicine residency at Maine Medical Center and continue to work at InterMed, MMC, and Mercy Hospitals. I completed my 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga training under Jacqui Bonwell and Yin Yoga training with Josh Summers.  I have also completed Balanced Athlete training with Johnny Gillespie and am pursuing my 500-hr certification with Tiffany Cruikshank.  I have competed in over 30 marathons and several Ironman and 1/2 Ironman distance races. I look forward to sharing the space and energy we have created to enhance your practice.
